LEIFLYTICS provides an AI-powered ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) reporting and analytics platform that enables organisations to track, manage, report, and optimise their sustainability performance. Our services include data collection, ESG metric calculation, compliance reporting, AI-powered insights, and integration with external ESG frameworks.
Our platform uses third-party AI models (including Anthropic Claude and OpenAI GPT) to generate insights, narratives, and recommendations. These AI-generated outputs are provided as decision-support tools and do not constitute professional ESG, legal, financial, or compliance advice. See Section 14 for details.
3. Account Registration and Use
To use certain features of our services, you must register for an account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
- Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials
- Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
- Notify us immediately of unauthorized account access
4. User Responsibilities and Acceptable Use
You agree to use LEIFLYTICS only for lawful purposes and in compliance with these Terms. You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the accuracy and integrity of your ESG data
- Complying with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction
- Protecting your account credentials and login information
- Using the services in accordance with these terms and all applicable laws
- Not engaging in unauthorized access, hacking, or malicious activities
- Not violating intellectual property rights or privacy of others
5. Intellectual Property Rights
All content, features, functionality, design, and materials of the LEIFLYTICS platform are owned by LEIFLYTICS, its licensors, or service providers and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You retain ownership of your ESG data and reports uploaded to LEIFLYTICS. You grant us a license to use, process, analyze, and display your data solely for providing our services to you.
6. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LEIFLYTICS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, PUNITIVE, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL, EVEN IF LEIFLYTICS HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. LEIFLYTICS DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
WITHOUT LIMITING THE FOREGOING, LEIFLYTICS DOES NOT WARRANT THE ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, OR RELIABILITY OF ANY AI-GENERATED CONTENT, ESG CALCULATIONS, COMPLIANCE ASSESSMENTS, OR RECOMMENDATIONS PROVIDED THROUGH THE PLATFORM. SUCH OUTPUTS ARE PROVIDED FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY AND SHOULD NOT BE RELIED UPON AS THE SOLE BASIS FOR REGULATORY FILINGS, INVESTMENT DECISIONS, OR COMPLIANCE CERTIFICATIONS.
8. Data Privacy and Security
Your use of LEIFLYTICS is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand our practices regarding the collection and use of your personal information and ESG data.
9. Payment and Billing
If you subscribe to a paid plan, you agree to pay the fees indicated for your subscription tier. Billing occurs at the frequency selected (monthly or annually). You are responsible for keeping your payment information current and accurate. Failed payments may result in service suspension.
10. Termination
Either party may terminate your account and access to LEIFLYTICS at any time, for any reason, with written notice. Upon termination, your right to access the services ceases immediately, but you may request a copy of your data within 30 days.
11. Changes to Terms
LEIFLYTICS reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page. Your continued use of the services following any modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the European Union and, where applicable, the laws of the Republic of Ireland. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ireland. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you may have under applicable EU consumer protection legislation that cannot be excluded by law.
13. ESG Data and Compliance Disclaimer
LEIFLYTICS provides tools and analytics to assist with ESG data management and reporting. However:
- You are solely responsible for the accuracy of ESG data you input into the platform and for verifying all outputs before use in regulatory filings, investor disclosures, or public reporting.
- LEIFLYTICS does not guarantee compliance with any specific ESG framework (e.g., CSRD, TCFD, GRI, ISSB) and does not provide auditing or assurance services.
- AI-generated reports, insights, and calculations should be reviewed by qualified ESG professionals before submission to regulators or disclosure to stakeholders.
- Emission factors, conversion methodologies, and scoring algorithms are updated periodically but may not reflect the most current regulatory requirements in your jurisdiction.
14. AI-Powered Features
Certain features of LEIFLYTICS use artificial intelligence provided by third-party services (Anthropic and OpenAI). By using AI-powered features, you acknowledge:
- AI-generated content (narratives, recommendations, analysis) may contain inaccuracies and must be reviewed before use.
- Your ESG data may be transmitted to third-party AI providers for processing, subject to our data processing agreements with those providers.
- AI outputs do not constitute professional advice (legal, financial, environmental, or otherwise).
- LEIFLYTICS is not liable for decisions made based on AI-generated content.

15. Third-Party Services
LEIFLYTICS integrates with third-party services to provide its functionality. Key service providers include Fly.io (hosting), Stripe (payments), SendGrid (email), Anthropic and OpenAI (AI), and Sentry (error monitoring). Each provider operates under its own terms of service and privacy policy. LEIFLYTICS is not responsible for the practices of third-party providers.
